“World class” IRISH PHILADELPHIA

From Portglenone, Co. Antrim, Seán Óg Graham is one of Ireland’s most dynamic button accordion players. He has achieved numerous All-Ireland titles and is also a gifted, self-taught guitarist.

He has numerous television appearances to his credit, and is much in demand as a recording artist and live performer. Seán Óg has played with Liz Carroll, Buille, Solas duo Winifred Horan and Mick McAuley, Máirtin O'Connor and  Cathal Hayden, Mattheu Watson, the Brian Finnegan Quartet, the Cora Smyth band, the Irish Harp Orchestra, the Canadian Youth Orchestra and Alan Kelly’s ‘Celtic Legends’ show.

He is also a talented composer and a wide range of influences is evident in his music writing. Many of his works are featured in the Beoga repertoire. Seán Óg is a graduate of the Limerick based Irish World Academy of Music.
